Shipping policy

At Alice Forestry Co., we provide local delivery for our firewood, lumber, and forest bi-products within a 75 km radius of our warehouse. Our delivery fees are based on distance from our location to ensure fair pricing and reliable service.

Delivery Rates & Minimum Order Requirements

To qualify for delivery, orders must meet the following minimum purchase amounts:

Please note that we deliver firewood 2 cords at a time when ordering 2 or more cords. If you have ordered 2 different types of firewood, they will be mixed in the same trailer. If you would like separate delivery, please contact us to place your order as additional delivery fees will apply.

Delivery Details

• Local Delivery Only – We currently do not offer shipping outside of our service area.
• Delivery Scheduling – Once your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm a delivery date and time.
• Access Requirements – Ensure your delivery location has adequate space for unloading and vehicle access. If there are any specific instructions, please let us know when placing your order.

Pickup Option

For customers who prefer to pick up their order, pickup is available at our warehouse by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time.
